We produce wooden columns for both indoor and outdoor use, available in square and turned profiles, and in most styles. Our columns combine aesthetics and function, with load-bearing capacity for overhead structures.
Our standard columns are made of solid pine, laminated spruce or pressure-impregnated laminated pine. For outdoor use, pressure-impregnated laminated pine with environmentally friendly impregnation is the most commonly used and provides the longest service life. Please contact us if you need a different type of wood, as we can also offer columns in heartwood of pine, oak, larch and ash, among others.
Columns
The standard length is 260 cm with dimensions from 9x9 cm to 31x31 cm. The pattern length varies between 60–200 cm, depending on the model. We can also custom produce and customize columns according to your wishes, including lengths, dimensions and profile. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Newel post column
A newel post column is a column with a plain section from 80-105 cm up the column, allowing for seamless mounting of the handrail on the railing. We produce newel post columns for both indoor and outdoor use, available in square and lathe-turned profiles, in most styles.
The standard length for newel post columns is 250 cm with dimensions from 9x9 cm to 14x14 cm, and a pattern length between 55-90cm, depending on the model. We can custom-produce and adapt newel post columns upon request according to your wishes, including lengths, dimensions, and profile. Please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
