FSC® - is our environmental label, and you can find it on wooden products, garden furniture, windows, barbecue charcoal, paper and printed matter. The label scheme requires that forestry does not lead to deforestation, that logging is carried out in a controlled manner, and that it takes into account the local population.

The FSC label is a raw material label and includes both biodiversity, sustainability and social aspects. Who approves? FSC International has its own inspection body, ASI, which inspects the certification companies and ensures that they are competent to certify companies according to the certification standards. Who is behind it? ‘Forest Stewardship Council®’ owns the label scheme. The Forest Stewardship Council is a private, international and independent cooperative forum that certifies sustainable forestry. All companies or forests with a certification are inspected at least once a year. The Forest Stewardship Council A. C. is an international non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization established in 1993 that promotes responsible management of the world's forests, via timber certification.
